The Classical Yoga Difference
Each class begins with a short inspiring talk about yoga philosophy and theory. All we ask of you is that you are willing to learn more about yourself. Your understanding Yoga teacher will do the rest… to assist you in overcoming barriers that may have stopped you in the past from making positive changes in your life.
Classical Yoga combines the steps of Hatha Yoga (ethical living, yoga poses, breathing and sensory control) with Raja Yoga (concentration, meditation and samadhi) to provide you with an authentic and whole yoga experience.
